OUR CONTRACT

No longer are Mesa Air Group pilots at the “bottom of the industry.” This statement—while never accurate—was the perception of many of our pilots and those at other carriers. Our new contract brings us in line unequivocally with, or above, our peers in many key areas. This was no small feat, especially considering the financial state of our company and the industry as a whole.

See for yourself by downloading a copy of our contract. Be sure to also check out the contract comparison document, which measures our new contract with the contracts of our fellow pilots at Air Wisconsin, ASA, Chautauqua, Comair, Eagle, Express Jet, Great Lakes, Gulfstream, Horizon, Island Air, Mesaba, Piedmont, Pinnacle, PSA, Skywest, and Trans States.

We fought long and hard to achieve quality of life improvements, and we are committed to protecting and defending our contractual rights. As such, a vigorous contract education and enforcement campaign is underway to ensure that all pilots are aware of their rights. While union leaders will soon visit all of the pilot bases to speak one-on-one with the membership, check out the Contract Watch section and be on the lookout for a new contract enforcement newsletter.
